… Or not!
So my finals (Baccalauréat in French) begin tomorrow and end on Wednesday. After that I’ll have oral exams up until the 29th, but I’m not counting those because they’re much easier than written exams. In other words, my days of being busy and troubled by schoolwork are soon to reach an end, at long last! 
This final year of high school has made me so sick of working, and over the past few months I just couldn’t find any more motivation to study. Even the thought of going to university (or the desire to show off my excellent grades in front of my lousy friends 
) hasn’t helped me find my drive back. However, what is giving me strength is that this is all nearly coming to an end. So I’m making one last big effort of squeezing lessons into my brain and after that, I’ll be able to throw my books into the air, down the drain, into the fire or somewhere more eco-friendly 
If you’re into mangas, you might want to read (if you haven’t yet done so): Hoshi wa Utau by Fruits Basket’s talented Takaya Natsuki; Skip Beat! by Nakamura Yoshiki; Strobe Edge by Sakisaka Io. Some of these are kind of famous, so upon discovering them, I was surprised I hadn’t already read them. All I have to say is, I can’t wait till new chapters are released so I can continue reading them!

Hey Abbie, I don’t know if you remember me but I used to own killtheriot.org. I’m surprised you still kept your site after all this time. True dedication right there. Anyway I just wanted to see how you were doing and what you’ve been up to since like 2008 haha.
Congrats on finishing high school. It feels great doesn’t it? Good luck wherever you go next, I’m sure you’ll have a blast. The first year is always the easiest so don’t stress haha.

I graduated from high school last year, and i know how your feeling! the last bit of exams are always the hardest because you just want it to be over!

In my country the took out oral exam. Are just the written ones. I hope you pass them and go to a very good university:D

You’re lucky!At least now you can do whatever you want, study what you want and if you want. :) I’ll just get to high school next year, but I’m scared to death. I mean, it seems so difficult and busy …

Hey found you through bubble.nu, and I must say I’m impressed with your site. I wish I still was in high school at times because of all the ralleys and what not, and hanging out with friends at lunch and etc. Now we drifted apart, have different lifestyles and everything, so it’s like meh what can I do? Ya know? I’m glad that high school is nearly over for you. Glad that you get to experience a free life after high school. Congrats.
